Food For All DC (“FFA”) is a volunteer-run nonprofit dedicated to reducing food insecurity in Washington, DC. FFA provides nutritious emergency food services to those in need. We also foster links with other organizations to strengthen emergency food coalitions in the Metro DC area. In 2024, we made over 9,300 home deliveries, providing a lifeline for people on low incomes and with little social support.
We are in need of a professional accountant who can volunteer to assist with bookkeeping. FFA is a 501(c)(3) organization with an annual budget of over $200,000. We are specifically looking for someone to assist with improving our accounting efficiency (such as creating rules in QB), monthly reconciliations, and audit preparation.
