The GWSCPA logo, its Web site images and text, all page headers, custom graphics and icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of the GWSCPA and may not be used by others without prior written permission of the GWSCPA. All use thereof inures to the benefit of the GWSCPA. All other trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited in this Web site are the property of their respective owners.

The GWSCPA Web site has many sections that are open to all users, with no registration required. Users are not required to disclose any personal information in order to view the Web site. The GWSCPA may gather some personal identifiable information when it is voluntarily submitted by the user. The types of information collected may include your name, e-mail address, phone number and postal address. This information is used for its intended purpose, and to better serve the users. All personally identifiable information obtained from users is treated with great care to protect your privacy and security. The management of the GWSCPA authorizes only trained and qualified employees to access the information you choose to provide.

From time to time, we may use your address, phone number or e-mail address to provide you with updates and other information we think may be of interest to you. You are able to opt out of such information if you choose to do so.

We also collect information volunteered by users in relation to Web site registrations. We share attendance lists from events with sponsors of said events, including name, title, firm, preferred mailing address, telephone number and email address.  You are able to opt out of providing such information if you choose to do so by contacting staff.

In an effort to facilitate networking among the GWSCPA membership, GWSCPA makes member contact information, firm affiliation, committee appointments, and other types of personally identifiable information available to members only on password-secured areas on its websites. Members have the ability to change or update the information located in these areas or completely opt out of the directories by going to the My Account section on the Web site or by contacting us via email or postal mail requesting a change.

GWSCPA may disclose personally identifiable information to authorized affiliates that have been approved to provide certain programs and/or services to GWSCPA membership or customers.

Any link (including a hyperlink, button or referral device of any kind) used on the Web site is provided for your use and convenience. The appearance of a link on the Web site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or certification by us, nor should the presence of a link in any way be construed as a suggestion that any third-party Web site has any relationship with us. We do not endorse the content on any third-party Web sites. We are not responsible for the content of linked third-party Web sites or third-party advertisements, and do not make any representations regarding their content or accuracy. We do not knowingly link to Web sites that may infringe on valid and existing trademarks, service marks, copyrights or patents. Your use of third-party Web sites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of use for such Web sites. We do not endorse any product that may be advertised on the Web site.

Links into the Web site must be by prior written approval of the GWSCPA. No other links into the Web site are permitted. To obtain written permission, contact us and reference the material you wish to use.

Unless they have prior written permission from us to do so, third-parties are not permitted to advertise in any way that suggests that we have any relationship or affiliation with a third-party Web site or that we endorse, sponsor or recommend the information, products or services on such Web site.

Some areas of the Web site are password-protected for specific users, such as members of the GWSCPA. For those areas, the GWSCPA disseminates the username and password to the appropriate individuals.

As a user of the Web site, you are responsible for keeping your password (member number) safe. To do so, the GWSCPA highly recommends that you do not divulge your GWSCPA password to anyone for your own protection. If you feel your account access or password has been compromised, please contact the GWSCPA immediately.

As a user of the GWSCPA Web site, you are solely responsible to make sure your personal information is up-to-date and correct. The GWSCPA is not responsible for any incorrect information entered by a user.

You should assume that everything you see or read on the Web site is copyrighted unless otherwise noted and may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions or in the text on the Web site without the written permission of the GWSCPA. The GWSCPA neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Web site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with the GWSCPA.

The GWSCPA has not reviewed all of the Web sites linked to the Web site and is not responsible for the content of any off-Web site pages or any other Web site linked to the Web site. Your linking to any other off-Web site pages or other Web sites is at your own risk.
