Overview
If this is your first year doing business with the federal government or your 30th year, what information will be required by your auditors? This course will prepare you for the next audit and how to avoid findings.
The session will start with virtual networking via breakout rooms from 8-8:30am and the session will run from 8:30-9:30am.

The attendee will have a better understanding of the types of compliance requirements that may be requested by your auditor:
The types of schedules and information that may be requested from your auditor.
Possible exceptions that may lead to reportable findings.

Lisa Lipsky, Han Group LLC
Lisa is an audit partner at Han Group. Lisa brings nearly 30 years of dedicated experience serving the Not-for-Profit sector. With over 25 years at Grant Thornton LLP and 17 years as a Grant Thornton Audit Partner, she has been responsible for client service relationships for a wide range of organizations of various sizes in many industries including social service organizations, foundations, religious organizations and higher education institutions in the Mid-Atlantic area.
Lisa has extensive experience with financial reporting requirements and has aided entities with the adoption of complex accounting guidance. Lisa also has extensive experience working with entities subject to Single Audit compliance and reporting requirements.
Education: Bachelor of Science, St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia Post-graduate work in accounting at the University of Maryland
