Overview
This course provides a refresher on the ethical requirements as identified by the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct, Treasury Department Circular 230 and relevant state codes. Also, understand the requirements and components of a written information security plan. Lastly, discover how the changes to the AICPA’s Statements on Standards for Tax Services affect offered tax services and learn to apply these ethical concepts to your tax practice.
